Trimpex Union marks the beginning of the private shipping business in our country and it is the first shipping agency, established in 1990 in Varna – the Sea Capital of Bulgaria. The company is a founder of our logistics holding Trimpex Union Group JSC which focuses on all aspects of the transportation sector. As a pioneer in the private shipping industry in Bulgaria, our company offers a rich portfolio of logistics services and a holistic business approach, including services such as port and customs agency, ship management, chartering and brokerage. We are members of the Bulgarian Association for Ship Brokers and Agents (BASBA).

Since 1990 Trimpex Union Ltd. has coordinated over 60 ship repairs in Bulgaria and neighbour countries. Our company acts as a dry dock agent and arranges the whole ship repair process by coordinating the communication between ship owners, ship repair yards and all other institutions who are part of the process. We organise the supply of spare parts and materials, and prepare the documentation related to the ship repair procedure. We maintain good relations with classification organisations and work together with them in order to ensure that we align with all requirements.
